Holiday Worries

Three Kings' Day is in January. I have no idea how to get or create a gluten free rosca. I've even googled it to no avail! I have already resigned myself to the fact that the Son won't be able to eat pulla at Thanksgiving, but no rosca for Three Kings' Day? Rosca pretty much is the holiday at our house because I'm not sure of what else to do (the 3 kings do come in the middle of the night of course) to celebrate. I'm thinking about just beginning experimenting with different flours now, but gluten free flour is so expensive I don't want to waste a lot of it on untried recipes, but I guess I'll have to! If anyone has any good suggestions on how to get started (I'm leaning towards almond flour) please let me know!
